Springbot, a marketing automation platform for online stores, strives to give small and medium retailers access to the type of customer data co-operative that benefits their older brothers.
This week the Atlanta-based company launches its Exchange, which she describes as the “first data cooperative for e-commerce SMEs.”
The Springbot platform offers e-mail, social media and other marketing tools for stores using BigCommerce, Shopify or Magento e-commerce environments to a thousand retailers, primarily in the United States.
